• No, as long as your location is within our shipping area you can purchase at our website. (currently available for Malaysia and Singapore only)

• We take your privacy and security very seriously. We work hard to make sure that we only use your information in the ways that you want us to.
When you shop our website we protect your payment details so that all your information is encrypted before it is sent over the internet.
3. What do I do if I forgot my password?
• If you have forgotten your username or password, you may retreive it by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link in the login box and follow the instruction.

2. How do I request for a free basic alteration service?
• Please state your request at the [Remark] box before you made your payment. Please kindly mention the below details :
a. The part you would like us to amend : length/waist
b. Which item (item code)
c. Which size (if you ordered items in several sizes)
d. How many pieces?
e. How much do you want us to cut?
Example : Amend the length of all secondary school green long pants U484 size 32 to 34 inches.
3. How do I request for a free badges sewing service?
• a. Please state your request at the [Remark] box before you made you payment.
b. Send us your badges to the address below:
6889, Jalan Kilang Ubi,Cherok Tokun,
14000 BM, Pulau Pinang.
c. We will mail you your order with sewn badges!
(The delivery fees of badges shall be beared by the customer. Please note that Uni1One would not take responsibilities on any loss or damage caused during the delivery of badges)

4. What happens if i notice that my personal details are incorrect after i have placed my order?
• Kindly give us a call or send us an email through Contact Us page.

• We gladly accepts major credit/debit cards such as Visa and MasterCard and online transfer.
2. Can I cancel a paid order?
• No. Unfortunately we can’t cancel your paid order. You can return the order and apply for a full refund.
3. Can I pay cash upon the arrival of my order?
• Sorry, we do not provide this service just yet.
1. Am I eligible for free delivery service?
• Members who make a purchase of RM100 and above in a single order are eligible for free delivery service. *RM300 for deliveries to East Malaysia.
2. What courier service do you provide?
• We currently provide POS LAJU and GDex for courier service.
3. When can I get the items that I ordered?
• Please allow 3 working days for deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia and 5 working days for deliveries involving East Malaysia.
4. How to track my delivery?
• Please visit our courier website link, enter your consignment note number in order to get your delivery information.
5. Can I choose a specific date and time to receive my delivery?
• No. Unfortunately, we do not provide this service just yet.

• Sorry, all items that are altered are not eligible for return or exchange. Please do make sure that the measurements are correct before you requested for a basic alteration service.
