14 days return or exchange policy
If you are NOT 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 14 days of the delivery date and issue a full refund. Please note that all altered products are not exchangeable nor refundable.
To get a valid refund / exchange, please ensure that the product(s) you received is :
- New (not used in any way)
- In its original condition (dirtied product is not exchangeable nor refundable unless it is proven to be the fault of our side)
- In its original box and / or packaging. Only product(s) with price tag still attached to it is eligible for exchange / refund.
We value your shopping experience on top of everything else, that’s why we also accept exchange (for item of equal or lesser value) if the item does not live up to your expectation or any other reasons beyond our wildest imagination.
However, this does not apply to the sale or clearance items. Also, we cannot extend this return policy to resellers of our product.
Return or exchange procedures

Once we received your request for return or exchange, we shall contact you within 3 business days for further instructions. To exchange item, please let us know the item you would like to have in exchange.
